12 Months of Christmas LinkUp

Hello friends,I do hope this finds you all well.

My card today is my DT card for the 12 Months of Christmas LinkUp.  We missed the February and March LinkUp because Lisa, our blog leader, was very poorly for quite some time with an extremely nasty virus. However, we are here now and Lisa is well on the mend.

Our theme, as always, is ANYTHING GOES CHRISTMAS (or in celebration of other December holidays). If you want to challenge yourself, you can always follow our optional twist of CHRISTMAS CANDY. For example, you could add add candy canes, peppermints, or any other type of candy you might find during the holiday season.

Keep in mind though, that you don't need to follow the twist to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month or for a chance to win your choice of TWO Christmas or Winter themed mini kits of digital papers from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles. Following the twist is simply for fun and to challenge yourself if you'd like.

Fancy Fold Card for Moving Along With The Times

I hope you have enjoyed the Easter weekend whatever you were doing.

The challenge this month at MAWTT is to make a fancy fold card. I decided to make a bay window fold which I haven't done for a long time.

I used papers from one of the Nitwits Collections which are so versatile. It's also nice to make a card without using any dies at all for a change.

I hope you will pop across to the blog and check out the cards from the rest of the DT and maybe you will be persuaded to join in the challenge.

Take care and have a good day.

Trains, Planes ad Automobile for MAWTT Challenge

Good morning. It is time for another challenge at MAWTT and it is Trains, Planes and Automobiles.

My Card

I used stamps and co-ordinating dies from Just Right Stampers. It is not easy to see but I stamped the car image onto the black card and heat embossed it. The cogs are from an old Papermania die set.

Why not pop over to the blog and check out my team mates cards and you may decide to join in with the challenge.

Using die cuts at 12 Months of Christmas Link Up

Good morning everyone.  Christmas and New Year have disappeared in the rear view mirror and it's onwards and upwards. Today is my DT card for the 12 Months of Christmas.  The challenge is always anything goes - as long as it is Christmas! However, there is also an optional twist should you wish  to go in that direction and this month is to use diecuts.

The 12 Months of Christmas Link Up is a unique challenge blog designed to provide incentive to help participants avoid the yearly Christmas card panic that many go through as the Christmas holidays approach!

For my card I used the background image from Snowy Church Mini Kit by Delicious Dynamite Doodles.. It makes an extremely simple but effective card. I added a layer and a diecut greeting and I was done!

Hope you are all well.

DragonFly Dreams March Challenge - Outdoors

Good morning . Today I have my DT card for the Dragonfly Dreams challenge blog.

https://dragonflydreamschallenges.blogspot.com/2023/03/march-challenge-outdoors.html

I used an image from Joanna Sheen which reminds me of driving out for Sunday lunch.

I then added mats and layers using a brick embossing folder and a brick paper.

It's very simple but a great on for those pesky males in our lives who are more difficult to make cards for.

Why not pop over to the blog and check out the catds from my team mates and maybe you will decide to join in with us?

Take care.

Christine
